I admit it, I had a moment.
 
Sometimes we really don’t realize the impact that past trauma and emotional damage has on how we interact in the present day.
 
I had a very… interesting experience with someone that led to me acting an absolute fool lol! And really, it wasn’t the first time in recent months that I stepped beside myself.
 
I understand now that my response stems from issues that I never actually dealt with. I was triggered.
 
& I know I’m not the only one! So I really hope you guys enjoy this little story and lesson of mine🫶🏼.
